Fresh Snap provides visual appearance assessments of food from user-submitted photos. Results include uncertainty, visible signals, missing checks, and conservative next steps.
No safety guarantee
A photograph cannot establish food safety. Fresh Snap does not detect pathogens, toxins, allergens, temperature history, or recalls. Never taste food to “check” it based on an assessment. When in doubt—especially for high-risk foods or vulnerable people—discard the food or follow official guidance.
Accounts and quotas
You may use an anonymous session and later link an account. Free users receive a daily scan allowance and may earn limited reward credits (one completed rewarded ad grants one scan, subject to a small unused-credit cap and expiry). Premium provides an expanded fair-use allowance (100 assessments per calendar month), not unlimited scans. Store billing terms govern subscriptions, renewals, and cancellations. There is no free trial in the MVP offer. List prices target $4.99/month or $29.99/year (store-localized prices control).
Acceptable use
Do not abuse quotas, reverse engineer the service for harm, submit illegal content, or attempt to bypass safety notices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fresh Snap and its operators are not liable for decisions you make about consuming or discarding food based on the app.
